Coast-n-Away Tours Pty Ltd (hereafter called the operator) reserves the right to vary or cancel tours or part thereof owing to weather extremes or changes to operational conditions such as road closures, fire bans or any other circumstances beyond the control of the operator.

Fares are quoted in Australian dollars inclusive of GST and are correct at time of listing on this website. The operator may alter the price of any tour without notice. Minimum passenger numbers may apply.

Deposit of 20% is required on confirmation of booking. Full payment within 14 days of travel. Individual bookings are secured by credit card number and full payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) Cash on the day welcome.

No refunds on tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.

The customer acknowledged that the sole obligation of the operator is to convey a customer safely to and from agreed points of departure and arrival and that the operator has no liability whatsoever to the customer once outside the operators tourist vehicle. Whilst all care is taken, the operator accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. Delays are out of the operators control therefore the operator accepts no responsibility for delays.

The driver may at any time refuse to carry any person who, in the driver’s opinion exhibits unacceptable behavior, is aggressive, threatening, or apparently affected by alcohol or other drugs, or causes fear to any reasonable person at anytime at any location at which the operator attends.

At times it maybe necessary to provide alternative transport or use the services of another accredited operator.
